My name is Viktors , and I am thrilled to share my passion for fitness with all of you. With over 31 years of experience in the fitness industry, i have dedicated my career to helping individuals like you achieve their fitness goals, improve their overall health, and lead happier, more active lives.


Experience in Group Fitness

Throughout my career(since 1996), I have had the privilege of leading and instructing numerous group fitness classes. Whether it's high-energy cardio workouts or strength training sessions, I have designed and conducted dynamic group fitness programs that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and goals. I believe in creating a supportive and motivational environment where everyone feels empowered to push their limits and embrace the joy of exercising together.


Experience in Personal Training

In addition to group fitness, I have also worked extensively as a personal trainer, providing one-on-one guidance and support to individuals seeking personalized attention and tailored workout plans. I strongly believe that each person is unique, and therefore, their fitness journey should be customized to their specific needs and aspirations. By carefully assessing my clients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals, I have been able to develop comprehensive training programs that maximize their potential and deliver exceptional results.
